Hey, I'm Charlene, the creator of Renourish


The Renourish blueprint is the success formula I've used to help countless clients achieve food freedom and lose excess weight sustainably over the past 10 years as a Holistic Nutritionist. It is also the process in which I've used to transform my relationship to food.


Before I healed my relationship to food, every time I tried to eat clean, I was so hopeful that I'd stick with it. Yet, after a few days I would always feel frustrated with how hard it was to stick to my food rules and it felt like a constant battle of willpower. I would have obsessive thoughts about food and then cave in and cheat. Can you relate?


I knew if I wanted to feel in control of my eating habits and achieve balance with food, I would need a different approach. So, I adopted a plant based nutrition plan, learned about intuitive eating, and studied mindset extensively. The principles I incorporated helped me heal my relationship with food and also helped my clients lose excess weight all while falling in love with health food and themselves again. Does it come with meal plans?

While I show you how to eat balanced and nutritionally, educate you on my various plate methods, and offer resources for recipes, I do not offer specific meal plans for a reason. It's all about taking the way you love to eat already and making adjustments from there. This is your journey to achieving a healthy relationship to food; therefore, it is important you are guided to the food choices that feel best for you individually.


Do I have to be or become 100% plant based?

How you choose to eat is ultimately up to you. While my course and teachings are centered on a whole plant food nutrition plan, some women prefer 100% plant based and some incorporate some animal products.

What if I'm new to weight loss or plant based nutrition?

You're in the right place. I designed Renourish to walk you step by step through the basics of everything you need to know to successfully lose weight on a whole food plant based nutrition plan.

What credentials do you have?

I graduated from URI with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and then went on to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Weight Management Specialist, Certified Weight Management Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer, and I have studied Intuitive Eating by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch.
